So what the heck is going on?

What is up with Tumblr right now?  I can’t find any info on it, but the notes aren’t working right, like it’ll say 3 notes, but 9 people have liked it?  And then my posts aren’t showing up in the tags that I tag them as!  WTF.  And it’s not just me, I’ve looked at others’ posts, and it’ll say 1 note, and there’ll be 3 likes…
